Overseas Vote Foundation (OVF) is the first organization to conduct broad-based survey research examining voter registration and voting processes for overseas American citizens and active-duty military.  Our research identifies the main issues that affect these voters in the process of acquiring and submitting their ballots. In 2006, OVF expanded the survey research program to include local election officials in their administration of overseas and military voting.
