What some the states are saying about the HSS Program...
Alabama Secretary of State
“On behalf of Alabama’s military and overseas voters I feel that OVF is one of the most innovative and progressive programs in the elections arena. We are proud to be among the first to offer quality voter registration services to our military and overseas voters,” stated Beth Chapman, Alabama Secretary of State. “That is what why we will launch our own HSS site,” added Secretary Chapman.
Minnesota Secretary of State
Mark Ritchie, Secretary of State of Minnesota was the first Secretary to seek out and license the OVF HSS solution, http://minnesota.overseasvotefoundation.org. “We experienced an increase of 400% in overseas citizen and active-duty military voting in 2008. The OVF HSS program is precisely what we needed to make this happen. We are proud to provide these new services from Minnesota to the long-deployed members of the National Guard, many of whom were first time military voters last year,” said Secretary Ritchie.
